I've been using Heritage Store Castor Oil for years. It effectively reduces the mild pain caused by a cyst in my lower abdomen. Whenever the pain returns, I apply the castor oil pack for several days, and it subsides. Currently, I haven’t experienced any pain in my lower abdomen for about 1-2 months. Perhaps the castor oil has completely dissolved my cyst along with other supplements. I would give 5 stars, but the price has drastically increased, so I give 4 stars.

Heritage Store's cold pressed castor oil is excellent for relieving bone pain. By massaging a small quantity directly onto the affected area, it provides effective relief. I’ve also found it beneficial for dry eyes when used on the eyelids, as it moisturises the skin without any fragrance. Additionally, castor oil offers various health benefits.
